Dear Rosemary, Santa Claus came to your country only a few minutes before he came to mine. Wish travel was that easy for us mortals. I wish you and yours a beautiful and Merry Christmas. May you all be happy and healthy for this coming year. oxoxoxox, Gina
Dearest Rosemary, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you and yours. Still have the melody and words in my mind from singing our Messiah and one of our sopranos sang: He Shall Feed His Flock. Hugs, Mariette
Belated wishes for the holidays Rosemary! I'm snowed in here with only 6-7" but another 2-4" expected this evening so Wednesday might be the first opportunity to leave our hill! We had sufficient warning so I have plenty to eat and with underground utilities I don't have to worry about power outages. Thank you for another wonderful year of sharing with us your splendid photos and commentary that have enlightened me, for sure! It is always a treasure to open up your blog and read about mostly unknown places, activities and read your beautifully crafted words! Hope Christmas was all you dreamed of and that you might have been able to share it with some of your family! We can all dream that 2022 will be better...brighter and involve more intimacy than we've had to live with during the last 2 years. Masks, I can live with, but not being able to hug my friends and family is not my style!
Dear Mary - I am touched by your very generous comment, but I always lovely it when you pop in here for a visit. No sign of snow here, but to have snow at Christmas-time is magical, just as long as you are prepared. We have just returned home having seen all of our immediate family, but I will write more when I have sorted myself out. Thank you Mary - wishing you a brighter and better 2022 too.
Merry Christmas Rosemary, and best wishes for a safe and happy New Year. It is always a joy to read your blog posts, thank you.
